Rob is part of the 170 (Infrastructure Support) Engineer Group which is an engineering group of the British Army's Corps of Royal Engineers. Towards the end of the year he will be completing further training through October, whilst in January carrying out 17-20 days base training and will then be a fully qualified Army soldier in the TA reservists.
This is something Rob is very passionate about, especially the team effort when everyone pulls together and achieves something. The army is all about being part of something bigger than yourself and the sense of camaraderie is quite unique to the armed forces.
The regiment that Rob is a part of helps him to gain more experience in engineering and infrastructure which only adds to his expertise in this industry.

Rob is constantly pushing himself to be better in all areas of his life/career and this is no exception, its an important commitment that he makes fit around the work / business and family life.
