With common tower becoming more and more popular and used throughout construction industry to help minimize façade openings and offering the ability to tie multiple hoist to them, (typically up to 6 and even 8 hoist in some cases!) and access stair cases such as haki stair towers.
Common tower can also be used as / for loading docks offering a faster and more efficient build process to scaffolding.
